Ideas To Paint A Hallway

economic Microchip adds new memory options for PIC ® microcontrollers with 32-bit Ethernet, CAN and USB

Microchip Announces New family of 32-bit microcontrollers PIC32MX5/6/7 consists of six devices that provide the same integrated peripherals for Ethernet, CAN, USB and serial with new memory cheaper options. In addition, design improvements offer lower power consumption of 0.5 mA / MHz active current, longer with 20k Flash memory cycle read / write and a better ability for EEPROM emulation. By maintaining identical configurations of the pins, the range PIC32 designers also provides the optimal balance between memory and cost for high performance applications and a seamless migration path for scalability and flexibility.

The latest family of 80 MHz PIC32 microcontrollers help embedded system designers to reduce their costs without sacrificing performance or functionality. The raw computing power MIPS32 ® M4K core ® has been maximized to achieve the best performance in its class at 1.56 DMIPS / MHz, with integrated Ethernet, CAN, USB and serial communication channels and the most economical of memory. The family provides 32 Kbytes of RAM and up to 140 Kbytes of Flash. Each of the six new microcontrollers is available in five different packages with pin-compatible: encapsulated TQFP 100-pin 12x12mm, 14x14mm TQFP and BGA and TQFP packages and 64-pin QFN. Among

Examples of applications for the new family are PIC32MX5/6/7 Communications: point of sale terminals, Web servers and multiprotocol bridges. Industry: automation controllers. Medical Devices and Security: monitoring equipment. Consumption: audio, MP3 decoders, displays, exercise equipment and small appliances. Automotive: aftermarket products, car alarms and GPS.

Two starter kits facilitate the development of designs based on Ethernet (Ethernet PIC32 Starter Kit for $ 72 DM320004) and USB-based designs ( PIC32 USB Starter Kit II DM320003-2 by
$ 55). There is also a plug-in module for $ 25 (MA320003) for the development of family PIC32MX5/6/7 by Explorer 16 development board (DM240001).
